 Monica Rodriguez is a Bilingual Building Construction Management and Civil Engineer Professional with a Master’s degree in Urban Design, Architectural & Mobility Spaces.

She attended ESdesign School In Barcelona Spain and earned her Masters Degree in Urban Design, Architecture and Mobility Spaces. Prior to that she had attended the University of North Florida and achieved her Bachelor’s of Science in Building Construction Management through a Caribbean Scholarship program and was mentioned in the Dean’s List for academic excellence.

She is highly experienced in Project Management, Cost Control, Estimating, and Scheduling. She is organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.

Monica uses her background to improve construction business scalability and control cost metrics for many of our customers teams.

Jorge is a bilingual distinguished professional with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a Master’s degree in Earthquake Engineering with emphasis in disaster management. He graduated in the UK University College London with the highest grade in the UK educational system. He was a scholar student and graduated with a distinguished thesis.

He is a vastly experienced project manager and construction supervisor with a knowledgeable background in steel structures and reenforced concrete. He makes the difference for Redi and our customer both on the field and in the office.

He loves to spend his free time with his wife and two daughters.

José Fernández is a Comercial, Residential & Petrochemical construction professional with broad experience and knowledge in different areas.

Jose also has a degree in Mechanical & Architectural drawing. Since early on Jose was oriented to projects and construction, always striving to meet and exceed customer’s expectations.

With experience in Risk Management, Project Management and a combination of great personal values and professional skills Jose is an excellent asset at Redi making the difference for our customers in various industries.
